Roof Range™ badge

Fullerton Roofing’s proprietary estimator

Meet Roof Range™

Your roof, measured from above and shaped by the homeowner who knows it best.

Roof Range™ is Fullerton Roofing's proprietary estimating system, built so homeowners can size up their own roof from the kitchen table, with no ladder, no salesman in the driveway and no guesswork.

What makes it ours: Plenty of tools can pull a picture of a house. What sets Roof Range™ apart is how it brings three things together:

  • Eyes in the sky: High-resolution aerial imagery and official building outlines from Connecticut's public records show the true footprint of your home.
  • The homeowner's knowledge: You tell us about your unique property, like your roof's style, how steep it feels, its overhangs, dormers, valleys, skylights and solar panels.
  • A roofer's judgment: Our pitch and allowance formulas turn the footprint and your answers into a realistic range of roofing squares, the same unit a roofer uses to order material.

No single piece is the secret. The combination is, and that blend of measurement, homeowner input and roofing know-how is what makes Roof Range™ exclusive to Fullerton Roofing.

What you get: An honest range, not a sales pitch. Every Roof Range™ estimate gets its own Roof Range code, so you can pull it back up anytime or mention it when you call, and we'll pick up right where you left off.

Fine print: Roof Range™ produces a planning estimate, not a quote. Final pricing is set after an on-site inspection of access, layers, slope, decking and condition.

Building outlines can be incomplete or inaccurate and are building footprints, not roof edges. Pitch and allowances are homeowner-selected planning assumptions, not measurements from the imagery. An on-site review confirms the details.

Roofing around your existing array

Reroofing with solar panels is our specialty

Many roofers avoid roofs with solar panels. Fullerton Roofing specializes in reroofing homes with existing solar, and Fullerton coordinates the full reroof-with-solar project.

  1. Assess the roof and array

Review the roof, existing panels and access, and identify what needs to happen before roofing begins.

  2. Coordinate panel handling

Fullerton coordinates panel handling. Panel removal and reinstallation are performed by a licensed electrician subcontracted by Fullerton; storage arrangements are confirmed with you.

  3. Reroof with a clear plan

Carry out the agreed roofing work after the array has been safely removed by the subcontracted licensed electrician.

  4. Panels go back on

The licensed electrician subcontracted by Fullerton reinstalls the panels and handles the electrical scope.

Before work: check your solar company’s warranty, service agreement and removal/reinstallation terms. Roofing and electrical scopes are confirmed before work. Panel handling is performed by the subcontracted electrician, not a claim that Fullerton itself holds an electrical or solar license.

Why it pays off

A roof that protects your home and its value

Adds value to your home

The roof is one of the first things buyers, appraisers and home inspectors look at. A new roof makes a strong first impression, protects everything under it, and gives the next owner one less big project to worry about. If you plan to sell, it can help your home stand out.

Storm damage and insurance repairs

Wind, hail, fallen limbs and ice dams can do real damage in a New England winter. After a storm, Fullerton Roofing inspects the roof, documents the damage with photos, and works alongside your insurance claim so repairs are done right. Your insurance company makes the coverage decision.

Licensed and insured

Fullerton Roofing is licensed in Connecticut and fully insured, so your home and our crew are protected on every job. CT registration number coming soon.

The process

A clearer path to your next roof

Roofing decisions get easier when the sequence is plain. This site is built around three practical steps: the tools you can use today, and the on-site evaluation that comes when you are ready.

  1. Online estimate

Use the address card and roof-squares calculator to gather a grounded starting picture of size and shape.

  2. Review the details

Compare notes, pitch factors, and questions so the conversation focuses on what actually matters at your home.

  3. On-site evaluation

When you are ready, a visit can confirm access, layers, slope, condition, and decking, the parts no webpage can inspect. Drone roof inspection is also available to photograph hard-to-reach areas.

Important estimate note

Online tools on this site produce a public record estimate, not a quote. Access, layers, slope, condition, and decking are not inspected here. An on-site evaluation is required before any firm proposal. No manufacturer certification, contractor workmanship warranty, reviews, awards, years in business, service-area claims, or financing partners are asserted in this draft.
