How it works
From Roof Range™ Estimate to firm quote
Four plain steps. You start online, on your own time, and nothing is final until after an in-person visit.
Fill in the form
Enter your address and roof details to get a Roof Range™ Estimate.
Start with your address. Roof Range™ sizes your roof from public property records and aerial imagery, then you add the details you know, like roof style, pitch and existing layers. You see your Roof Range Estimate on the spot. It is a public record estimate, not a quote.
We review it
Fullerton Roofing looks over your request.
When you save your estimate or send a request, it goes into a Fullerton Roofing project review with your Roof Range code. We look over your selections, notes and any photos you shared, so the conversation focuses on what actually matters at your home.
Request a visit
Ask for an in-person visit to verify measurements and roof condition.
When you are ready, ask for an in-person visit. A visit confirms access, layers, slope, condition and decking, the parts no webpage can inspect. Drone roof inspection is also available to photograph hard-to-reach areas.
Get a firm quote
Your firm quote comes after the visit.
The final price is set after the on-site inspection, based on what was actually found on your roof. Nothing is binding until you have that firm quote in hand.
