Roof Range™ is Fullerton Roofing's proprietary estimating system, built so homeowners can size up their own roof from the kitchen table, with no ladder, no salesman in the driveway and no guesswork.
What makes it ours: Plenty of tools can pull a picture of a house. What sets Roof Range™ apart is how it brings three things together:
- Eyes in the sky: High-resolution aerial imagery and official building outlines from Connecticut's public records show the true footprint of your home.
- The homeowner's knowledge: You tell us about your unique property, like your roof's style, how steep it feels, its overhangs, dormers, valleys, skylights and solar panels.
- A roofer's judgment: Our pitch and allowance formulas turn the footprint and your answers into a realistic range of roofing squares, the same unit a roofer uses to order material.
No single piece is the secret. The combination is, and that blend of measurement, homeowner input and roofing know-how is what makes Roof Range™ exclusive to Fullerton Roofing.
What you get: An honest range, not a sales pitch. Every Roof Range™ estimate gets its own Roof Range code, so you can pull it back up anytime or mention it when you call, and we'll pick up right where you left off.
Fine print: Roof Range™ produces a planning estimate, not a quote. Final pricing is set after an on-site inspection of access, layers, slope, decking and condition.
Building outlines can be incomplete or inaccurate and are building footprints, not roof edges. Pitch and allowances are homeowner-selected planning assumptions, not measurements from the imagery. An on-site review confirms the details.
